论大学生参与高等教育评估的困境及出路

摘　　要：大学生参与高等教育评估工作有利于提高评估的实效性,有利于提高大学生学习的积极性,有利于大学的可持续性发展.目前,我国大学生参与高等教育评估工作存在一些问题,如大学生参与高等教育评估缺乏法律依据,大学生对评估工作缺乏正确的认识,大学生缺乏参与评估的积极性.从立法保证大学生的参与权、鼓励大学生全程参与、充分调动大学生参与评估的积极性等方面出发,提出大学生参与高等教育评估的措施,充分发挥大学生在高等教育评估中的作用,促进高等教育质量不断提高,办人民满意的教育.College students participation in higher education evaluation can improve the effectiveness, enhance college students enthusiasm of learning, and is conducive to the sustainable development of the university. At present, some problems exist in Chinese college students involvement in the higher education evaluation： such as, college students participation in the assessment of higher education lack legal basis, correct understanding, and due enthusiasm in the assessment. By putting forward some measures on ensuring the students participation rights, encouraging students to participate in the entire process, and fully mobilizing their enthusiasm, college students can be encouraged to give full play in the evaluation.
