摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课承担着引领下一代思想的重要使命,近年来,高校思想政治理论课教学改革取得了不少成绩,但创新思想政治理论课教学模式,增强思想政治理论课教学实效性,仍是高等教育教学面临的重要问题。为了解决这一问题,需要构建基于网络平台的高校思想政治理论课双主动教学模式。The ideological and political theory course in the universities bear the important mission of leading the next generation thought. In recent years, the teaching reform in the ideological and political theory course has made a lot of achievements, but innovation teaching mode of ideological and political theory, and enhancing the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course is an important problem facing the teaching of higher education. In order to solve this problem, the colleges and universities in Henan Province,especially North Henan universities, explore and practice ideological and political theory course teaching and put forward and construct network-based double active teaching model of ideological and political theory course based on intersubjectivity theory. The model has been implemented for 5-10 years and achieved obvious results.
