摘 要:目的:观察调节因子X5(regulatory factor X5,RFX5)在消化系统肿瘤组织中的表达水平。方法:通过分析美国癌症和肿瘤基因图谱计划(the Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)中常见消化系统肿瘤的RNA测序数据,获得RFX5 mRNA在癌组织和癌旁组织的表达水平。利用免疫组织化学方法检测25例癌组织和配对的癌旁多肿瘤组织芯片中食管鳞状细胞癌、胃腺癌、结肠腺癌、直肠腺癌、肝细胞肝癌和胰腺腺癌的RFX5蛋白表达水平。结果:初步研究显示,上述6种消化系统肿瘤中RFX5 mRNA和蛋白水均明显高于癌旁组织,且在胃腺癌和肝细胞肝癌中的表达上调最为显著。结论:RFX5 mRNA和蛋白在常见消化系统癌组织中均呈过表达。Objective : To investigate the expression levels of regulatory factor X5 ( RFX5 ) in digestive system neoplasms. Methods: RFX5 mRNA expression levels were determined by analyzing the RNAseq data from the the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) database. By using tissue microarray technology and immunohisto- chemical staining, RFX5 protein expression was confirmed in six different types of digestive system tumors (e- sophageal, stomach, colon, rectal, liver and pancreatic cancers) and corresponding non-tumor normal tis- sues. Results: RbX5 mRNA and protein levels were upregulated in six malignancies, and the altitudes in- crease more significantly in stomach adenocarcinoma and hepatoccllular carcinoma than other cancer types. Conclusion: Expressions of RFX5 mRNA and protein were both elevated in digestive system neoplasms.
