摘　　要：目的:研究miR-195在胃癌患者癌组织与血浆中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测47例胃癌患者肿瘤组织与对应癌旁正常组织中miR-195的表达水平,以及相应47例胃癌患者术前血浆与10例健康者血浆中miR-195的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:与癌旁正常组织相比,胃癌组织中miR-195表达降低,且其表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05);与健康者相比,胃癌患者血浆中miR-195表达降低,且其表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:miR-195在胃癌患者癌组织及术前血浆中表达降低,且可能与淋巴结转移相关。Objective： To investigate the association between miR-195 expression and clinicopatholog- ical features in tissues and plasma of patients with gastric cancer. Methods： Quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect the miR-195 expression levels in tumor tissues and normal gastric tissues of 47 patients with stomach cancer, as well as in plasma of 47 patients with gastric cancer and 10 healthy people, and investigated the association between the miR-195 expression and the clinicopathological features. Re- suits： Compared with the adjacent normal tissues, the cancerous tissues presented down-regulation of miR-195 expression, which was correlated with lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not correlated with gender, age, TNM stage, or the degree of tumor differentiation. Compared with the healthy popula- tion, the patients with gastric cancer presented down-regulation of miR-195 expression in plasma, which was correlated with lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and not correlated with gender, age, TNM stage, or the degree of tumor differentiation. The more lymph node metastasis, the lower expression of miR-195 in patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion： The expressions of miR-195 in tissues and plasma of pa- tients with gastric cancer were significantly decreased, which may be correlated with lymph node metastasis.
