直肠癌组织中Cyclin E、P27kipl和Ki67的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌组织中Cyclin E、P27kipl和Ki67的表达及病理意义。方法选取2010年1月至2016年2月直肠癌患者肿瘤组织及其同一患者癌旁3 cm以上癌旁黏膜组织标本70例,免疫组织化学方法检测Cyclin E、P27kipl和Ki67的表达,分析其表达在病理学中的意义。采用SPSS19.0软件,Cyclin E、P27kipl和Ki67在直肠癌组织表达率比较使用χ2检验,与临床病理关系采用秩相关分析。以P<0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。结果直肠癌组织中Cyclin E和Ki67阳性表达率分别为61.43%和87.14%,明显高于癌旁黏膜组织,而P27kipl阳性表达率为51.43%,低于癌旁黏膜组织91.42%(P<0.05);随着Dukes分期增加,Cyclin E阳性表达和P27kipl阳性表达率有所下降(P<0.05),均与直肠癌组织学分化程度无关(P>0.05);Ki67表达与Dukes分期、组织学分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论直肠癌中Cyclin E和P27kipl表达能反映直肠癌的恶性情况,为直肠癌的预后提供参考。Objective To investigate the significance of Cyclin E, P27kipl and Ki67 in rectal cancer. Methods From January 2010 to February 2016, 70 cases tumor tissues and adjacent mucosa （adjacent more than 3 cm） of patients with rectal cancer were collected. And the expression of Cyclin E, P27kipl and Ki67 were detected by using immnnohistochemistry staining, and the clinical significance was analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 software. The expression of cyclin E, p27kipl and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer tissue were compared by using χ^2 test, rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between clinical pathological changes. A P valure of 〈 0.05 was considered as significant difference. Results The positive expression rates of Cyclin E and Ki67 in rectal cancer were 61.43% and 87. 14% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in pericancerous mucosa, while the positive expression rate of P27kipl was 51.43% , which was lower than 91.42% in pericancerous mucos （P 〈 0.05）. With the increase of Dukes staging, the positive expression rate of Cyclin E and P27kipl was decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, which was not correlated with differentiation degree of rectal cancer （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; The expression of Ki67 was not correlated with Dukes stage and differentiation degree （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of Cyclin E and P27kipl in rectal cancer could reflect the malignant status of rectal cancer, and could provide reference to early diagnosis and treatment.
