摘  要:地理学国家理科基地(简称基地)历经20余年的探索与发展,已经初步形成具有鲜明特色的地理学基础人才培养模式。对基地人才培养模式进行深入分析与思考,旨在为非基地院校地理专业及相关专业人才培养提供新的思路。分析表明该模式的优点在于:1控制班级招生人数,推行导师制的准研究生式培养模式;2强化专业课程,增加拓展课程和实践课程设置;以听取学术讲座,参加老师科研项目,完成学生科研项目、毕业论文为导向,注重科研意识、研究思路、动手能力和创新能力的培养;3创造性的组织开展了全国地理学理科基地跨区域联合实习,并不断邀请相关院校师生参与,扩大辐射示范作用。认为国家自然基金委员会、教育部可以考虑增加地理学国家理科人才基地数量,非基地院校也可以结合自身情况,创新学习基地的人才培养模式。提出了现有基地班建立开放的准入机制,拓展与非基地院校的交流与合作等建议。Geographic national science( referred to as base),initially has formed distinctive featured training geographic fecundation talent pattern during 20 years of exploration and development. The purpose of deep analysis and thoughts of training talent pattern is to providing new thinking to geography and related disciplines training talent pattern at Non- based colleges. Analysis shows that the advantageous of this pattern is as follows: 1Controlling the quantity of the students in the class and implementing mentoring system that is the training pattern of prospective graduate students. 2A school should strengthen professional courses and add the quantity of expand courses and practiced course. Listening to academic lectures,participating in teacher 's research projects,completing student's research projects and graduation thesis should be the dominant direction. The training of research awareness,research ideas,attention should be paid to practical ability and creative capacity. 3This pattern creative organizes the national cross- regional joint internship of the geographic science base,continuously invite the students and teachers of the related colleges to participate,and expands the radiation effects. National Natural Science Foundation Committee and Ministry of Education should consider increasing the number of geographic national science talent base. Non- based colleges also can innovate the Training Talent Pattern in the base with considering their own situations. It is proposed that the existing bases establish an open access mechanism and increase the exchanges and cooperation with non- based colleges and other issues.
