摘　　要：我国少数民族传统体育文化是少数民族文化的重要组成部分,是少数民族长期以来形成的反映少数民族生活、生产、风俗习惯等的民族文化。在少数民族发展的过程中,民俗习惯和宗教活动对于少数民族的行为方式、生产活动等都产生了重要的影响。因此,在少数民族传统体育文化形成的过程中,少数民族地区的民俗以及宗教信仰对其也产生了重要的影响,这种影响体现在民俗与宗教活动的方方面面。Chinese minority traditional sports culture is an important part of national culture. It is a national culture that reflects the life,production,customs and habits of ethnic minorities. In the process of the development of ethnic minorities,folk customs and religious activities have an important impact on the way of life of the minority people, the production activities and so on. Therefore, formed in the Chinese ethnic minority traditional sports culture, minority area folk and religious beliefs of the also produced important influence,this influence reflected in folk and religious activities. According to the characteristics of regional traditional sports of ethnic minorities in China,analyzes the influence of folk and religious activities of Chinese Minority Traditional Sports culture.
