少数民族大学生就业期望影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文通过对新疆南疆三地州高校少数民族大学生进行问卷调查,实证分析了在读少数民族大学生对就业薪酬、就业地区、就业单位、毕业第一打算和自主创业的就业期望,并运用有序Logistic模型对少数民族大学生就业起薪期望及其影响因素进行了实证分析,结果表明性别、学历、学校类型、学习汉语时间、家庭所在地属性、是否是师范生和对就业政策的了解对少数民族大学生预期起薪有显著性影响。Using the questionnaire data of th e ethnic university students in the southern three state colleges and universities in xinjiang,the expectations of these ethnic university students on salary,working district,employer,plans after graduation and self-employment were analyzed. The initial emolument expectation of the ethnic university students and its influence factors were analyzed adopting ordinal Logistic model,which showed that gender,education background,school type,time of learning Chinese,hometown property,whether they are normal university students and whether they know the employment policy have dramatic impact on the initial emolument expectation of the ethnic university students.
