摘　　要：对煤炭企业现行绩效审计评价体系及部分专家学者的科研成果进行了分析研究,指出了现阶段指标体系存在的问题与不足,并从我国煤炭资源开采利用的实际出发,基于系统论思想,结合5E评价特征,从投入、过程、产出、社会效益四个层面构建煤炭企业绩效审计评价指标体系,旨在进一步推动我国煤炭企业绩效审计评价工作。In this paper,we analyze the current policy and researches on the evaluation indicator system for performance auditing in coal enterprise,and point out their problems and shortcomings.Based on system theory,5E performance auditing and the current situation on Chinese coal industry,we construct a new system from four aspects of input,process,output and social benefits,in order to promote China＇s coal enterprise performance audit evaluation.
