摘　　要："互联网+"环境下,图书馆在馆藏建设及挖掘利用方面面临着诸多挑战和机遇。文章在分析目前高校图书馆纸本图书资源建设和利用现状的基础上,提出借助网络平台优势,与社会机构开展多维度合作,整合运用新媒体技术,改进与完善图书采访工作和图书借阅制度,开设经典图书阅览室,建立移动综合服务平台,以优化纸本图书资源建设质量,加强纸本图书资源挖掘利用。Under the environment of Internet plus, construction and utilization. Based on the analysis of the library is facing many challenges and opportunities in status of construction and utilization of printed books in university library, this paper puts forward to optimizate the resource construction quality of printed books and strengthen the mining and utilization by taking advantage of network platform, carrying out multi-dimensional cooperation with social institutions, integrating and applying new media technology, improving and perfecting the book acquisitioning work and the loan system of library, setting up classical books reading room, and establishing mobile integrated service platform
