论德国双元制教育模式对培养高技术技能人才的启示

摘  要:德国双元制教育模式堪称世界职业教育的典范。它具有双元互补、重视发挥企业的作用等特点,对我国当前的高校转型发展有着重要的借鉴意义。本文基于笔者参加2015年河南省院校校长赴德国培训的经历,首先对德国"双元制"职业教育的概念及内涵进行了界定,同时结合我国转型高校的人才培养现状,提出了科学借鉴德国"双元制"教育模式,推动我国转型高校的高技术技能人才培养的建议。Dual system education mode in Germany is a model of vocational education in the world. Featured by dual complementary and attaching importance to the role of enterprises,it has great significance of reference to the current transition and development of institutes and universities in China. Based on the training experience of Henan presidents' training in Germany in 2015,this thesis defines the concept and connotation of German Dual System education mode,at the same time,combining with present situations of cultivating talents in institutes and universities in transition in our country,puts forward valuable views on promoting high-level technical and skilled talents training by drawing lessons scientifically from German Dual System education mode.
