摘　　要：高校后勤人员在高校的"非主流"地位,使其在职业意识方面屡屡出现心理危机,运用危机干预理论,结合工作实践,分析了高校后勤人员职业意识危机的内涵及其产生原因,提出了对高校后勤人员的职业意识危机干预的相应策略。College logistics personnel are in the ＂non-mainstream＂ status, which repeatedly results in the crisis of their professional consciousness. This paper analyzes the connotation of professional consciousness crisis and its causes by using the theory of crisis intervention and working practice, and puts forward the corresponding tactics for crisis intervention of college logistic personnel.
