大学生心理健康教育中的法治信仰培育

摘　　要：就现代法治信仰的内涵以及大学生心理健康教育目标定位而言,法治信仰与大学生心理健康教育存在内在关联性,即:现代法治信仰是大学生健康人格的重要内容;法治信仰培育是大学生心理健康教育的方向。大学生心理健康教育存在的问题以及由此导致的法治信仰迷茫,成为部分大学生产生人格缺陷的重要原因之一。高校需要从培育法治信仰视角,通过营造法治信仰氛围、拓展法治教育渠道等措施来提升教育效果;通过提升教师的能力素质,发挥教师法治信仰的表率作用。In terms of the connotation of modern legal conviction and education goal orientation of college students＇ mental health education, there is an innate connectivity between legal conviction and college students＇ mental health education. That is to say, modern legal conviction is the important content of college students＇ mental health education, and legal conviction cultivation is the direction of college students ＇ mental health education. Problems in college students＇ mental health education and the resulting confusion on legal conviction have been one of the core reasons resulted in personality defects of some college students. In this case, it is necessary for colleges and universities to improve education effect from the angle of legal conviction cultivation by taking some countermeasures, such as creating atmosphere of legal conviction, developing law-related education channels, etc. On other hand, colleges and universities have to require teachers to play their leading role in legal conviction through promoting teachers specialized quality.
