摘 要:根据FMVSS 208法案的相关要求,在MADYMO软件中建立3岁儿童离位工况仿真模型,并对离位工况下气囊排气孔大小、织布渗透率、起爆角度等关键参数不同水平的损伤值进行计算,揭示了气囊在展开过程中内部物理场的变化过程。在此基础上对损伤机理进行研究,结果表明:头部加速度与气囊内部压力线性相关;胸部连续3 ms最大加速度与对应3 ms时间内气囊内部压力线性相关;颈部最大轴向拉伸力与头部和胸部在Z轴方向上的最大相对位移线性相关。According to the requirements of FMVSS 208 Act, a simulation model with a three-year-old child in outof-position was built in MADYMO software to calculate injury value in different levels of airbag vent size, fabric permeability, deployment angle and other key airbag parameters. The research showed the internal airbag physical field change process during airbag deployment. Furthermore, the injury mechanism was investigated and the results showed that head acceleration had linear correlation with airbag internal pressure; the relationship between chest acceleration in consecutive 3ms and airbag internal pressure was a linear correlation; the maximum neck axial tension and the maximal relative displacement between head and chest along Z axis was also a linear correlation.
