摘　　要：区别于传统的肿瘤治疗手段,肿瘤免疫治疗并非直接作用于病灶,而是通过调节人体的免疫防御机制对抗肿瘤。近年来,肿瘤免疫治疗新靶点和新技术的涌现反应出肿瘤免疫疗法的无限潜能,本文将对近五年肿瘤免疫疗法的发展作一综述。Different from the traditional cancer treatment,cancer immunotherapy does not act directly on the lesion,it can regulate the body ＇s immune defense mechanism to control and kill cancer cell. In 21 st century,numerous new targets and new technologies spring up for cancer immunotherapy,which reflect the unlimited potential of tumor immunotherapy and bring new hope to cancer patients.This article reviews development of tumor immunotherapy in recent five years.
