摘　　要：以内蒙古煤炭供应链为实例,运用多层次模糊综合评价方法,得出内蒙古煤炭供应链管理成熟度目前处于第3阶段,即规范阶段,内蒙古煤炭行业已经建立了规范稳定的供应链管理制度,与供应链上的用户建立了良好的关系,为实现下一阶段管理奠定了基础,同时为内蒙古煤炭企业供应链管理水平的提高提供借鉴。In Inner Mongolia coal supply chain as an example, using multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, that Inner Mongolia coal supply chain management maturity is currently in the third stage, namely the specification phase, Inner Mongolia＇s coal industry has established a regulate the stability of supply chain management system, users supply chain established good relationship, laid the foundation for the realization of the next stage, and provide a reference for the improvement of Inner Mongolia coal enterprise supply chain management level at the same time.
