摘　　要：对新建的农业部兽药产品批准文号核发系统,就建设中的基本思路、整体框架、流程和时限、数据和数据管理、软件和硬件环境、用户管理等六个方面进行了介绍,并对下一步工作进行展望,以便用户更好地理解和使用本系统。The software system of MOA （ Ministry of Agriculture of The People＇ s Republics of China） veterinary drug license were been introduced from the aspect of basic principles, the framework, flow and time limit, data and data management, condition of hardware and software, user administration, and it＇ s future , and all which will be useful in helping user understanding and use the software
