摘　　要：通过对奇瑞汽车调查访谈和公开数据的处理,针对"政用产学研"互动如何影响企业可持续创新能力进行了案例分析。研究发现,"政用产学研"构成多主体互动网络正向影响可持续创新能力,资源互补程度正向影响可持续创新能力,互动学习行为对可持续创新能力有积极影响。此外,交互意愿在多主体互动过程中起到调节作用,构建"政用产学研"互动对企业可持续创新能力影响的理论模型,对企业可持续创新能力的外部影响因素做出部分解释。The paper conducted a case study about how the ＂Government - Customer - Industry - University - Institute＂ interaction affects enterprise sustainable innovation capability through survey, interview and processing publicly available data about Chery automobile. The study finds that the multi - agents interactive network of ＂Government - Customer - In- dustry -University -Institute＂ positively affects the enterprise sustainable innovation capability; The degree of complemen- tarity of resources positively affects the sustainable innovation capability ; Interactive learning behavior has a positive impact on the sustainable innovation capability. In addition, the interactive willingness plays a moderate role in the process of multi - agents interaction, the higher the degree of interaction willingness, the more obvious that interactive network to en- hance sustainable innovation capability is. Based on this, the paper constructs the theory model of the ＂Government - Cus- tomer- Industry -University- Institute＂ interaction affecting enterprise sustainable innovation capability, expecting to make part of the explanation to the external factors influencing sustainable innovation capability of enterprises.
