摘  要:大学生就业是一个系统工程,是一个从国家到学校,从学生个人到学生家庭都十分关注的问题。影响大学生就业的因素有社会、学校和学生本人三个方面,从高校人才教育微观角度出发,与提升大学生就业力关系最密切的两个主体是学校和学生本人。学校要搭建科学体系,全面促进学生就业。强化大学毕业生的思想教育工作,打破传统模式,加强教育改革,加强就业指导,提高学生就业素质。学生要凝炼内涵,提升个人就业核心竞争力,要有充分的就业心理准备,完善个人综合素质。The employment of college students is a complex systematic problem, catching the attention of students and their families and schools and the whole country at large. The major factors affecting the employment of college students can be divided into three categories of social, educational and students themselves. From the perspective of higher education, schools and students are the two subjects closely related to improving the employability. There must be a scientific system to propell the employment in the campus. We should enforce the ideological education of students, break the traditional modes, deepen the educational reform, strengthen the employement guidance, enhance the employment quality. The students should condense the connotation, improve their core competitiveness,prepare for employment, improve personal comprehensive quality.
