摘　　要：针对现有动车组车辆调试过程中产生、传递和使用的大量技术数据在故障诊断、分析和处理中遇到的问题,提出基于动车组MVB网络下车辆调试数据的故障分析方法;通过车辆调试数据模块化的数据管理、标准的数据格式、规范的存储方式,并结合故障数据,阐述了车辆调试数据在故障分析中的具体应用价值;系统的开发和应用,提高了工艺技术人员在动车组调试中排除故障的能力,有效提升了车辆调试质量。This article presents a method for fault analysis in the process of EMU train test based on the MVB network. The method is aimed at the problems of fault diagnosis, analysis and solving process while the technique data transferred in the EMU train test process. With the method of data module management, data format standardization and normalized data storage, this article proved the usage value of train test data in the process of fault analysis which is based on the real time fault data. With the development and application of this system, the technology crew can improve their ability of trouble shooting in train test, and the quality of train test will also be improved.
