摘　　要：在大学择业教育中,增加职业规划指导性教育内容、鼓励学生参加社会实践活动,可以提高大学生适应社会能力和就业能力。In the college career education, increase the content of sex education occupation planning guidance, encourage students to participate in social practice, can improve college students to adapt to social ability and employment ability.
