摘　　要：老年科住院患者由于病理、生理、心理及内外环境等多种因素的影响,是意外伤害多发人群。意外伤害不仅给患者带来了痛苦,延缓了病情的康复,还给医患关系带来不利影响,增加了医疗纠纷的发生。保证住院老年患者的安全是护理的基本要求,本研究总结了老年科住院患者常见非医疗技术意外伤害的类型,探讨了意外伤害发生的原因,并提出了针对性的预防措施,以期能够降低意外伤害的发生及其带来的不良影响。Due to the pathology, physiology, psychology and the influence of various factors such as internal and external environment, elderly hospitalized patients in geriatric department were more likely to have accidental injury. Accidental injury not only brings pain to patients and delays the rehabilitation of disease, but also has detrimental influence on doctor-patient relationship and increases the occurrence of medical disputes. It is the essential requirement of nursing to guarantee the safety of elderly hospitalized patients. This article summarized the common types of nonmedical technical accidental injury among inpatients in geriatric department, analyzed the causes of the accidental injury, and put forward some corresponding preventive measures in order to reduce accidents and the bad influence.
