丙戊酸镁缓释片联合喹硫平治疗双相躁狂发作患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丙戊酸镁缓释片联合喹硫平治疗双相躁狂发作患者的疗效。方法:将68例双相躁狂发作患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各34例。研究组患者给予丙戊酸镁缓释片联合喹硫平治疗;对照组患者给予碳酸锂联合喹硫平治疗。两组患者均观察治疗6周。分别在治疗前和治疗后第l、2、4、6周末,采用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)评定两组患者的疗效;用不良反应量表(TESS)评定两组患者的不良反应。结果:研究组患者的有效率为94.12%,对照组为91.18%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第1周时,研究组患者的BRMS评分下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);在治疗结束时,研究组患者的睡眠因子分下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:与碳酸锂联合喹硫平相比,丙戊酸镁缓释片联合喹硫平治疗双相躁狂发作患者起效快,改善其失眠症状较好。Objective To observe efficacyof Magnesium valproate sustained release tablets combined with Quetiapine in treat-ment of patients with bipolar mania. Methods： 68 patients with bipolar mania were randomly divided into observation group （3 4 cases treated with Magnesium valproate sustained release tablets combined with Quetiapine） and control group （34 cases treated with Lithium carbonate combined with Quetiapine） and treated for 6 weeks. The efficacy was assessed with Bech-Rafaelsen mania scale （BRMS ） , while the adverse reactions were assessed with treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） before and 1,2,4 and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results： The effective rates of observation group and control group were 94. 12% and 91. 18% , respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）. The scores of BRMS of observation group decreased significantly than those in control group at the 1st weekend （P〈0. 05）. Moreover, the sleep scores of observation group at the end of the treatment also decreased significantly than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions ： Compared with Lithium carbonate combined with Quetiapine, Mag-nesium valproate sustained release tablets combined with Quetiapine is effect-acting fast in the treatment of the patients with bipolar mania, and can improve the insomnia symptoms better.
