摘　　要：作者从对城乡规划思想方法变革的基本认识出发,对规划变革的理性化内核、理性发展过程和变革目标进行了分析。指出在宏观社会经济发展新阶段的需求、西方理性化模式的困境以及"大智云移"技术提供的历史性机遇下,城乡规划思想方法应进行永续理性化变革,并以融入中华文明的永续理性思想和开启"大智云移"时代的规划工具理性变革为方向。This paper is based on the basic understanding of the transformations in urban-rural planning ideology and methodology. It analyzes the core of rationality in each transformation, the rationally cognitive process and the goal of planning transformations. The paper reveals that with the historic opportunities brought by demands of the new macro social-economic development, the dilemma facing Western rationalization modes, and the technological support of big data, intelligence, cloud-computing and mobile internet, the ideology and methodology of urban-rural planning should undergo sustainable and rationalization transformation, which is directed towards the fusion of the sustainability and rationality-centered ideology in traditional Chinese culture, and which would trigger the rationalization of urban planning tools in the era of big-data, inteligence, cloud computing and mobile internet.
