摘  要:介绍单液压缸盘式热分散机磨盘间隙的控制原理,采用电子液压定位进行控制,磨盘间隙控制系统采用了PLC和PID技术,实现废纸制浆过程磨盘间隙的精确定位控制,自动补偿盘齿间隙误差的精度。该磨盘间隙控制系统在新闻造纸实际应用中,运行稳定可靠,磨盘精度达到±0.01 mm,有效地提高了废纸利用率和成纸质量,同时也降低了废纸的处理成本。The disc heat disperser machine grinding gap control principle of single hydraulic cylinder is introduced, using electro-hydraulic positioning control. To achieve the precision control in pulping process of waste paper,PLC and PID technology are employed in this refiner grinding gap control system,in which grinding gap error can be automatically compensated. The grinding gap control system can be used in the production of newspaper and it features stability and reliability,with the accuracy of the grinding gap being within 0.01 mm. It can effectively improve the utilization of waste paper and the quality of paper,while simultaneously reduce the processing cost of waste paper.
