摘　　要：通过建立网络舆情监测预警机制,追踪铁路站车有害生物侵害热点问题,把握舆情与疫情动态,增强对铁路公共卫生领域突发事件的可预见性,并在此基础上强化舆情与疫情防范措施,最大限度地减少因有害生物侵害所引发的铁路舆情与疫情危机。Through the establishment of a network of warning mechanism for public opinions,the authority can detect and trace the hot issues,like pest risks in the railway lines,keep informed of public opinions and the epidemic situation,enhance their predictability of emergencies concerning the railway public health,and strengthen epidemic prevention and public sentiment on this basis. Then the authority can take measures to minimize the relevant risks and unfavorable public opinions arising from the crisis.
