呼伦贝尔市城郊中学生营养缺乏症综合评价

摘　　要：目的了解呼伦贝尔市城郊中学生营养状况,为膳食营养指导和制定相应干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法选取呼伦贝尔市城郊中学生共409人,进行身高、体重的测量,以儿童少年身高标准体重筛查标准作为评价标准。并检查有无营养缺乏的症状。结果男生极轻体重和轻体重检出率高于女生,正常体重检出率女生高于男生,城市肥胖检出率高于郊区。营养缺乏症状、体征检出率较高,眼部干燥、夜盲症、龋齿、皮肤干燥、毛囊角化、上下肢麻木感、四肢末端蚁行感,食欲不振表现明显。结论男女、城郊身高标准体重整体分布有差别,轻体重率、正常体重率、肥胖率相对较高。营养缺乏症状、体征较明显,尤其以皮肤干燥、毛囊角化、眼部干燥检出率较高。营养素缺乏症状普遍,应全面增加各种营养素的摄入。调整学生的膳食结构,平衡膳食。改进城市中学生的不良膳食习惯,以减少肥胖的发生。Objective Understood that Baotou suburb middle-school student nutritional status, provides the scientific basis for the meals nutrition instruction and the formulation corresponding intervention measure. Adopts the lamination entire group random sampling. Methods to select the Baotou suburb middle-school student altogether 409 people, carries on the height, the body weight survey, takes the evaluation criteria by the child youth weight-for-height screening standard. And whether there is inspects the denutrition the symptom. Results The male student extremely light body weight and the light body weight detection rate is higher than the female student, the normal body weight detection rate female student is higher than the male student, the urban obese detection rate is higher than the suburb. The denutrition symptom, the symptom detection rate are high, the ocular region is dry, night blindness, the dental caries, the skin are dry, the hair-follicle keratinization, on the lower limb numbness, the four limbs terminal creepss, has a poor appetite the performance to be obvious. Conclusion men and women, the suburb weight-for-height whole distribution has the difference, the light body weight rate, the normal body weight rate, obese rate is relatively high. The denutrition symptom, the symptom are obvious, especially is dry by the skin, the hair-follicle keratinization, the ocular region dry detection rate are high. The nutrient deficient symptom is common should increase each kind of nutrient comprehensively intaking. Adjusts student＇s meals structure, balanced meals. Improves the urban middle-school student＇s bad meals custom, reduces the obese occurrence.
