肺癌患者血清TGF-β1水平变化及其与临床特征的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究肺癌患者血清血清人转移生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平变化及其与临床特征的关系。方法:选择自2014年2月至2015年10月在医院接受诊治的肺癌患者56例为观察组,另选同期在医院接受健康体检的人员55例作为对照组,对比两组血清TGF-β1水平,分析血清TGF-β1水平与临床特征的关系。结果:观察组的血清TGF-β1水平(65825.24±23152.66)pg/ml,显著高于对照组的(48792.56±15247.39)pg/ml,差异存在统计学意义(t=4.569,P=0.000);血清TGF-β1水平与不同性别、年龄、病理类型及是否手术无关,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组≥Ⅲ期患者的血清TGF-β1水平显著高于≤Ⅱ期的水平,且有淋巴结转移患者显著高于无转移者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者血清TGF-β1水平较健康人体更高,且其与患者的临床分期及肿瘤淋巴结转移均呈正相关。Objective： To study the changes of serum transforming growth factor 131 （TGF-β1）levels in patients with lung cancer and its relationship with clinical characteristics. Methods： Selected 56 cases of patients with lung cancer who treated in the hospital for diagnosis and treatment from February 2014 to October 2015 as observation group, another same accept healthy persons as control group of 55 cases. Compared serum levels of TGF-1 of the two groups,analyzed the relationship between serum TGF-1 levels and clinical features. Results： In the observation group, the serum TGF-β1 of（65825.24±23152.66）pg/mL was significantly higher than（48792.56＋ 15247.39）pg/mL of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （t=4.569, P=0.000）. Serum TGF-1 levels was not association with different sex,age,pathological type and whether or not, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The serum TGF-1 levels of observation group patients of stage≥Ⅲ were significantly higher than ≤Ⅱ stage, and with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis, there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The patients with lung cancer serum TGF-β1 level is higher and the health of the human body, and patients with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were positively correlated.
