摘 要:针对微型车整车电量平衡日益重要且无统一标准的现状,从整车使用角度出发,结合整车电器配置,对整车电量平衡影响因素及试验方法开展分析,提出了适用于目标车型电量平衡测试的12种测试工况及电量平衡验证标准,搭建了整车电量平衡测试平台,并在三亚、黑河、北京开展了为期一年的实车道路测试。试验结果表明,所搭建的整车电量测试平台及提出的验证标准可以满足整车电量的测试要求,经试验测试合格的车辆,行车过程中蓄电池电流保持在-3A左右,发电机电流小于额定值,车速变化平稳,投放市场后电量平衡均能满足要求。相关试验方法对其他微型车电量平衡测试具有一定的借鉴意义。Aiming at the situation of mini vehicle power balance, which is more and more important and no unified standard, by analyzing the influence factors, test methods of vehicle power balance was studied based on the vehicle in service and the vehicle electrical configuration. 12 kinds of test conditions and power balance verification standard were given. A platform for testing vehicle power balance was built. The vehicle road tests had been done in Sanya,Heihe and Beijing for one year. The test results showed that the test platform and verification standard could meet the test require-ments of vehicle power balance. If the vehicle met the requirements, its battery current was kept in about -3A, the generator current was less than the rated value and the vehicle speed was steady. The power balance could meet the requirement of market. The relevant test methods have certain ref-erence significance to the power balance test of other mini vehicles.
