摘　　要：从国土面积分布的地形状况、生态盈亏的视角探讨了怒江州生态环境脆弱的程度,分析了怒江州的生态环境基础、社会经济发展状况,研究结果表明:(1)怒江州坡度较陡的国土面积所占比例较大,可耕地面积小;(2)1996年至2020年,怒江州的生态足迹呈现逐年上升趋势;(3)1996年至2020年,怒江州的生态盈亏处于盈余的状态,但是呈现逐年递减的趋势;(4)1996年至2004年,怒江州的第一次现代化实现水平在逐年提高,但是怒江州低于云南省。基于怒江州生态环境状况和以往的发展情况,提出了怒江州发展的路径:基于云南省"主体功能区区划"的思想和成果,实施主体功能区发展。Studying the extent of the fragile ecological environmentin Nujiang Districtin the view of the terrain condition of the distribution of national territorial area and the ecological surplus and deficit,analyzing the ecological environment foundation and social and economic development status in Nujiang District,the results show： （1）The proportion of national territorial area which is slope steep is larger; （2）The ecological footprint went up year by year from 1996 to 2020; （3） The ecological environment was surplus,but which has been went up year by year from 1996 to 2020; （4）The first modernization index increased year by year,but which was lower than Yunnan Provence. The thesis is aimed to propose a macro-development thought for Nujiang Prefecture based on its ecological environment and previous situation, implementingthe advancement of major functional areas according to the achievement of major function oriented zoning in Yunnan Provence.
