摘 要:为了加强高压共轨系统和柴油机的可靠性和安全性,通过对轨压信号处理以及限压阀工作特性的研究,提出了限压阀状态的监测和控制策略,利用自主研发的共轨平台设计了相应的监控软件,在油泵台架和柴油机台架上完成了相应的监控试验,试验结果表明该策略能迅速有效地监控限压阀的状态,对高压共轨系统和柴油机起到很好的保护作用,从而为后续高压共轨系统开发奠定基础。In order to improve the reliability and safety of high pressure common rail system and diesel engine, state monitor and con- trol strategies of pressure limiting valve were completed based on the research of the rail pressure sensor sampling process and the char- acteristic of pressure limiting valve. The monitoring software was designed based on the homemade common rail electronic control unit. Finally, the software was tested in pump test bench and diesel engine test rig. Test results showed that the software can effectively mo- nitor and control the state of pressure limiting valve, and corresponding protection strategies can put high pressure common rail system and diesel engine into a safe state, the study of this paper will buid a foundation for development of common rail system.
