摘  要:油泵是自动变速箱液压系统的动力源。油泵在实现其功能的同时也消耗了变速箱的输入功,其效率和排量也直接影响到变速箱的效率;通过优化油泵的结构和采用机械泵加电子泵一起供油的举措可以有效地降低自动变速箱的功耗并提升变速器的效率。基于NEDC^([1])测试工况,文章通过对某款变速箱及其变型产品的研究分析阐述油泵在降功耗提效率方面的影响。The oil pump is the power of the Automatic Transmission's hydraulic system. It also consume energy of the Automatic Transmission when the oil pump makes its function. Its efficiency and Capacity have influence on the efficiency of the Automatic Transmission. By improving oil pump structure and adopting the machineing pump with the electronic pump to provide oil, it is able to decrease availably the consumed energy of the Automatic Transmission and improve the its efficiency. Based on the NEDC-([1]) situation, The paper expatiates the influence of oil pump on decreasing energy and improving efficiency, by researching the someone automatic transmission and its changed product.
