摘　　要：变速箱的整机清洁度水平与各零部件表面所残留的污染物尺寸及重量密切相关,该部分污染物可能导致电磁阀卡滞,零部件表面磨损加剧等现象,严重影响变速箱的可靠性及耐久性。文章论述了一种验证变速箱整机清洁度对整机功能影响的方法,根据结果对变速箱整机的清洁度控制水平的合理性进行评估。The cleanness level of the transmission is associated with the size and weight of the contamination particles remain on all the parts of the transmission.The particles will cause the Solenoid be clamped and lost its function, the surface of the parts wear more faster,it will influence the reliability and durability of the transmission very badly。This paper introduce a method to verify the influence of the cleanness level of the transmission,with the result,we could evaluate if the level is suitable to the transmission.
