摘 要:提出了一种针对桥装配四轮定位模拟设备的校准方法,该方法充分考虑了车辆外倾角的实际状况,通过实际验证,该方法可有效提高外倾角预估数据的准确性。此后,针对无外倾角调整机构的多连杆悬架,提出了一种通过副车架上控制臂安装孔的位置调整实现后轮外倾角的优化,该方法可有效降低对悬架部件的尺寸精度要求,降低质量风险。A calibration method for wheel alignment equipment in axle assembly process has been introduced.The actual condition of vehicle camber has been fully considered. The effectiveness of this method has been proved by practical verification. After that, as to multi-link suspension with no camber angle adjustment mechanism, putting forward a camber optimization method by moving hole position of camber arm bracket in the rear sub-frame. This method sharply reduced the suspension opponent's dimension accuracy requirement and vehicle quality risk.
