摘　　要：通过文献资料、访问调查、逻辑分析等方法对中国足球后备人才培养历程进行回顾,并分析足球后备人才培养体制、竞赛状况以及教练员情况。针对过去在青少年足球培养中的一些问题,提出青少年后备人才培养结构构想及具体对策:1)拓展青少年运动员成长渠道和空间;2)搭建校园足球的竞赛体系;3)抓好青少年训练体系建设,加强青少年教练员等专业人才队伍建设;4)建立青少年足球职业俱乐部发展联盟。旨在为中国足球后备人才培养计划的制定者提供思路。By using methods of literature, visit investigation and logical analysis to review football reserve personnel training course and analyze football talents training system, race conditions, and coach present situation. For some problems of the past in youth football culture, this study proposes adolescent reserve talents structure ideas and specific measures. They are followed： 1）to expand the channels and space to grow teen athlete;2）to build football campus competition system; 3）to grasp the youth training system to strengthen the construction of four teenagers coaches and other professionals to build five professional clubs;4）to establish adolescent League football. This article is intended for the development of China ＇s soccer reserve personnel training program to provide ideas.
