摘 要:本文探讨了将专用集成电路设计技术纳入微电子专业数字集成电路本科教学的重要性和可行性。分析了数字集成电路教学的现状,比较了不同数字集成电路课程的教学内容,提出一个以三门课为核心的数字集成电路教学体系。本文重点介绍了新的专用集成电路设计技术课,详细描述了理论部分和实验部分的教学内容及其参考资料,最后给出了课程的实施情况。This paper discusses the importance and feasibility of teaching ASIC Design method in Digital Integrated Circuit (DIC) course of undergraduate Microelectronics program. The paper analyzes the current conditions of DIC teaching in China, and compares the course contents of different DIC course. Based on the collected materials, the author suggests a DIC teaching system which includes three core courses. A new course titled Design Techniques of Digital ASIC is introduced. Theoretical topics and experimental projects covered by the course are thoroughly explained in the paper. Teaching resources are given. In the last part, the author presents the result of course implementation in the microelectronics undergraduate program.
