摘　　要：目的探讨SALL4和OCT3/4在卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤(OGCTs)诊断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫组化MAXVISION法检测SALL4和OCT3/4在45例OGCTs中的表达,包括11例无性细胞瘤、16例卵黄囊瘤、4例胚胎性癌和14例未成熟性畸胎瘤。另选取10例正常卵巢组织作为对照。结果 SALL4在无性细胞瘤(11/11)、卵黄囊瘤(16/16)和胚胎性癌(4/4)中呈弥漫性阳性,在未成熟性畸胎瘤(13/14)中局灶阳性。OCT3/4在无性细胞瘤(9/11)、胚胎性癌(2/4)中阳性,在卵黄囊瘤、未成熟性畸胎瘤均为阴性。结论SALL4是诊断OGCTs敏感性和特异性均较好的免疫标志物。Objective To investigate the diagnostic utility of the immunohistochemical marker SALL4 and OCT3/4in ovarian germ cell tumors（OGCTs）.Methods The expression of SALL4 and OCT3/4protein were detected by MAXVISION immunohistochemical method in 45 cases of OGCTs,containing the following types of tumors：11dysgerminomas,16 yolk sac tumors（YSTs）,4embryonal carcinomas（ECs）,14 immature teratomas.Ten normal ovarian tissues were selected as control.Results All of OGCTs,dysgerminomas,YSTs and ECs were diffusely strongly positive for SALL4.Focal SALL4 staining was seen in 13 of 14immature teratomas.All of OGCTs,dysgerminomas and ECs were positive for OCT3/4,while YSTs and immature teratomas were negative for OCT3/4.Conclusion SALL4 is an useful marker with high sensitivity and specificity for OGCTs.
