摘　　要：建立了一种快速检测猪肉中五种磺胺类药物的高效液相色谱（HPLC）检测方法。通过四组对比试验得出最佳前处理方法为：用乙腈提取,50℃条件下氮吹浓缩。色谱条件为：乙腈-甲醇-水-乙酸（2：2：9：0.2,V/V）为流动相,C18反向色谱柱分离,270nm波长下检测。结果表明：该方法五种磺胺类物质线性范围为0.1～5.0μg/m L,检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为16.5μg/kg。在80～150μg/kg添加范围内五种磺胺类药物的回收率在80.2%～118.5%之间。通过对比得出的检测方法操作简单高效、灵敏度高,精密度较好,可用于大批量猪肉样品中五种磺胺类药物的检测。The HPLC rapid detection method for five kinds of sulfonamides in pork is found. Four groups of experiment results show that the best pretreatment method is to extract it with acetonitrile and to concentrate it with nitrogen-blow under 50 DEG C. The chromatographic condition is： acetonitrile- methanol- water- acetic acid（2：2：9：0.2, V/V） used as the mobile phase, C18 as reverse column and detection under the wavelength of 270 nm. The results show that by the method, the linear range of five sulfonamides is 0.1～5.0 μg/ml, the detection limit is 5 μg/kg, the quantitation limit of is 16.5 μg/kg. Within 80～150 μg/kg, the recovery rate of five sulfonamides is between80.2% ～118.5%. The operation method through comparison is simple and efficient, with high sensitivity and good precision, which can be used for detection of five sulfonamides in large quantities of pork samples.
