摘 要:研究秋茄叶总黄酮的大孔树脂纯化工艺及其抗氧化活性.以总黄酮吸附量和解吸率为指标,考察大孔树脂纯化秋茄叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件.采用DPPH自由基、还原力体系,检测了秋茄叶总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明:HPD722树脂纯化效果最佳,经最佳工艺条件纯化后,提取物中总黄酮质量分数可达77.48%.秋茄叶总黄酮具有良好的清除DPPH自由基活性和还原能力,EC50分别为21.8μg/mL和1.09mg/mL.HPD722树脂纯化秋茄叶总黄酮的效果显著,秋茄叶总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性.The purification with macroporous resin and antioxidant activities of flavonoids from Kandeliacandelleaves were studied by the optimal purification technology with taking the adsorption amount and desorption rate as the evaluation index.The antioxidant activities of Kandelia candel leaves flavonoids was detected by DPPH and reducing power.The result showed that HPD722 resin was the best resin for purification of flavonoids.The purity of total flavonoids has been increased to 77.48% after the purification under optimised conditions.The flavonoids came from Kandelia candel leaves had strong scavenging DPPH radical(EC50=21.8μg/mL)and reducing power(EC50 =1.09 mg/mL).HPD722 resin is the best resin for the purification of flavonoids and the flavonoids from Kandelia candel leaves has strong antioxidant activity.
