基于产业转型升级视角下的高技能人才队伍建设对策研究——以山东省会城市群经济圈为例

摘　　要：当前,促进产业结构优化升级,加快转变经济发展方式,已成为山东省会城市群经济圈建设发展的战略选择。省会城市群经济圈内职业教育在整体布局、专业结构等方面还存在着一些问题,尚不能很好地适应产业转型升级引起的劳动力供需变化。需要从职教资源整合、专业布局调整、推进校企合作等方面积极探索高职教育在培养产业转型升级中急需的高技能人才的路径,进一步加强对高技能人才培养的针对性,实现省会城市群经济圈建设与区域高等职业教育协调互动发展。Currently, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, speeding up the transformation of the patterns of economic development have become the strategic choice for the development of the construction in capital city economic circle of Shandong province. While overall layout, professional settings, talent cultivating, technology services, etc. of higher vocational education in seven cities, which include Jinan, Zibo, etc. in Shandong province, can not meet the requirements of industry development and the changes of labor supply and demand caused by industrial transformation and upgrading. To coordinate the construction of provincial capital economic circle and higher vocational education, we should pay great efforts to the integration of vocational education resource, adjustment of professional layout, strengthening the school- enterprise cooperation, speeding up integration of technology and industrial, which are accompanied by exploring approaches and enhancing the target in cultivating high skill talented person who are badly needed in industrial transformation and upgrading, and improving technology development and social service ability.
