教育信息化背景下《法律基础》课案例教学资源开发的必要性

摘　　要：计算机网络技术的快速发展,不仅改变了人们获取信息的方法和手段,也促进了教育观念、教学内容、教学方法和手段的变革和创新。《法律基础》课作为高职院校的公共必修课,具有较强的理论性和实践应用性。运用现代教学手段和教育技术,开发法律专业的数字化教学资源,已是当前高职院校法律教学工作亟待解决的重大课题。The rapid development of computer network technology not only changed men＇s methods and means of obtaining information, but also promoted reform and innovation of teaching concept, teaching content, teaching approaches. As the public compulsory curricula of vocational colleges, the curricula of ＇Basic Law＇ presents with the characteristics of consolidated theoretical and practical features. Utilizing modern teaching approaches and edu- cational technologies and exploiting digitalized teaching resources has become the key issue that urgently need to solve for current vocational law teaches indulging law teaching.
