油茶籽油国家标准对油茶产业发展影响分析

摘　　要：油茶籽油国家标准中存在着压榨油与精炼油缺乏严格区分、对产品特色认识不足、规定不完善等问题,对产品的品质控制、消费者需求、生产成本与产品推广等造成不利影响,建议根据油茶产业特点和产品特点,修改完善国家标准,建立健全第三方认证组织,以传统文化为基础,拓展国内外市场,促进产业发展。There are some problems for national standard of oil-tea camellia seed oil that the pressing oil-tea camellia seed oil and solvent extraction oil-tea camellia seed oil are lack of the strictly differences and products characteristic,the regulation is faultiness.It causes the unfavorable influence to the control of the products quality,the customer demand,cost of production,product promotion etc. We suggest to modify the national standard according to the characteristics of the product and the camellia oleifera industry,establishing and perfecting the third-party organization,expand the domestic and international market based on the traditional culture,promote the development of the camellia oleifera industry.
