中国哲学社会科学话语体系当代建构的方向与路径

摘　　要：中国哲学社会科学作为话语体系建设的重要组成部分,发挥着思想先导、理论支撑、文化传承、智力支持的功能和作用。探索中国哲学社会科学话语体系的建构,需要坚持马克思主义的中国化、时代化、大众化的建构方向,理论创新、话语创新的建构方向,传承中华优秀传统文化和依靠建设中国特色社会主义伟大实践的建构方向,以及打破西方国家话语霸权,提升中国国际话语权和主导权的建构方向。建构中国哲学社会科学话语体系要以实践性、本土性、开放性为原则,做好学科发展规划、智库人才交流与培养和对外宣传传播。Chinese philosophy and social science as an important part of discourse system plays a leading role in the ideological,theoretical support,cultural heritage and intellectual support. The construction of discourse system on Chinese philosophy and social science requires us to insist on the direction and route including sinicization,modernization,and popularization of Marxism,theoretical and discourse innovation,inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the great practice of establishing socialism with chinese characteristics we relied on,breaking the discourse hegemony of western countries and promotion of Chinese international discourse rights and leading power. Constructing the discourse system of Chinese philosophy and social science require using the principle of practicality,nativity and openness and taking feasible strategic project of discipline development plan,communication and training of think tank,and external communication.
