摘  要:目的观察锂盐对家兔下颌骨骨折愈合的影响。方法选择24只新西兰家兔,随机分为两组。两组均于左侧下颌骨体制作骨折模型,行钛板内固定。实验组于骨折模型制作3 d后每天腹腔注射氯化锂(Li Cl),对照组给予相同剂量Na Cl。分别于术后2周、4周、8周处死实验动物,采用HE染色观察骨折区组织学变化,免疫组织化学染色检测β-catenin的表达。结果实验组骨折区新骨形成明显快于对照组,且术后2周、4周实验组β-catenin的阳性表达率(56.7%、73.3%)高于对照组(35.0%、53.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后8周,β-catenin阳性表达率实验组(23.3%)与对照组(11.7%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锂盐可促进兔下颌骨骨折区新骨生成,缩短骨折愈合时间。Objective To evaluate the role of lithium on the healing of mandibular fracture in rabbits.Methods 24 New Zealand rabbits were chosen and all rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.The left mandibular body was selected to make fracture model,titanium plate internal fixation.The experimental group received daily Li Cl injection intraperitoneally for 4 weeks after the fracture models was made for 3 days.The control group was administrated the same volume of Na Cl.All rabbits were sacrificed on 2,4 or 8 weeks after operation.The histopathological method was used to observe the tissue changing in bone fracture zone,and immunohistochemistry was adopted to detect the expression of β-catenin.Results The new bone formation in the experimental group was significantly faster than that in the control group,and the expression of β-catenin in the experimental group( 56.7%,73.3%) was higher than that in the control group( 35.0% 、53.3%)( P 〈0.05) at 2 weeks and4 weeks after operation.At 8 weeks after operation,the experimental group( 23.3%) had no statistical significance compared with the control group( 11.7%)( P 〉0.05).Conclusion Early delivery of lithium increases the new bone formation in mandibular fracture and shorten the fracture healing time in rabbits.
