摘  要:采用系列截面法试验,对工业纯铁退火的显微组织进行了三维重构,测量了三维晶粒的尺寸和拓扑特征。结果表明,三维晶粒的体积分布呈单调递减趋势,而晶粒的表面积分布在S/The annealing microstructure of pure iron was reconstructed via serial sectioning experiment and the grain size and topology characteristics were measured. The results show that the grain volume distribution decreases with increasing of grain volume,whereas the surface area has a peak around S / S = 0. 2. The peak value of the grain size distribution of pure iron is lower than simulation structures of phase field,surface evolver,Monte Carlo,and etc.,which somewhat shows the difference between simulation microstructure and real metal microstructure affected by complex factors of anisotropy,second phase particles,etc. The reconstruction and visualization program developed in this paper shows the grain morphology with distinct grain boundary surface as well as the space distribution of neighboring grains.
