摘　　要：目的 :调查北京儿童医院2004—2010年神经母细胞瘤患儿的疾病谱特征,为儿童神经母细胞瘤早期诊断提供有效数据。方法 :选择2004—2010年北京儿童医院肿瘤外科收治的经病理确诊为神经母细胞瘤的患儿168例。采用描述统计方法分析神经母细胞瘤患儿的疾病谱特征。结果 :在168例研究对象中,Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期神经母细胞瘤患儿分别占20.73%(34例)和29.27%(48例)。神经母细胞瘤手术患儿为90例,其中67例(74.44%)完全切除,22例(24.44%)部分切除,1例(1.11%)因肿瘤巨大而无法切除。神经母细胞瘤肿瘤分期与患儿年龄相关(P=0.003),肿瘤分期与手术切除预后密切相关(P=0.046)。与Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患儿相比,Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患儿的手术切除效果和预后均较差。结论 :患儿年龄与神经母细胞瘤肿瘤分期相关。肿瘤分期影响神经母细胞瘤的手术治疗结局。Objective ： To explore the disease spectrum characteristics of neuroblastoma children from 2004 to 2010 in Beijing Children＇s Hospital, and provide effective date for early diagnosis of neuroblastoma.Methods： Overall 168 children with neuroblastoma were collected from 2004 to 2010 at Beijing Children＇s Hospital. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the disease spectrum characteristics of neuroblastoma.Results： Among 168 children, the proportions of children with stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 20.73% and 29.27%, respectively. Ninety patients received operation, among which 67（74.44%） underwent complete surgical excision, 22（24.44%） underwent partial surgical excision, and 1（1.11%） could not be removed. Age of the neuroblastoma children was correlated to the stage of tumor（P =0.003）. Stage of neuroblastoma was statistically associated with the operative prognosis（P =0.046）.Conclusion： The age of the children with neuroblastoma is correlated to the stage of tumor; meanwhile, the stage of neuroblastoma is statistically associated with the operative prognosis.
