舒肝解郁胶囊联合兰索拉唑及莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合兰索拉唑及莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效。方法将2013年11月—2015年10月共92例胃食管反流患者分为对照组(仅使用兰索拉唑和莫沙必利治疗)和舒肝解郁胶囊联合兰索拉唑和莫沙必利治疗组,8周后对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率(89.4%)明显高于对照组总有效率(64.4%)(P<0.05);治疗组症状消失率(74.5%)明显高于对照组症状消失率(46.7%)(P<0.05);而治疗组患者复发率(12.8%)明显低于对照组患者(35.6%)(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合兰索拉唑和莫沙必利临床疗效优于对照组,且复发率低、临床症状消失快,可为治疗胃食管反流的安全有效的方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule with lansoprazole plus mosapride therapy for gastroesophageal reflex disease. Methods The 92 patients with gastroesophageal reflex disease from November 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group;the former was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule and lansoprazole plus mosapride,the control group was treated with lansoprazole and mosapride;the clinical efficacy after 8 week＇s treatment was compared between both groups. Results The total effective rate of the former（89.4%） was higher than the control group（64.4%）（P〈0.05）. The symptomatic disappearance rate of the former （74.5%） was higher than the control group （46.7%）（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the former （12.8%） was lower than control group （35.6%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule with lansoprazole plus mosapride is more effective than the therapy used in control group,and it also has the advantages of low recurrence rate and quick disappearance of clinical symptoms, thus is a safe and effective treatment method for gastroesophageal reflex disease.
