中医情志护理结合耳穴压豆对脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医情志护理结合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法将80例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用抗抑郁药物及康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医情志护理结合耳穴压豆疗法,疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较干预前后的效果。结果 2组患者治疗后HAMD评分及SDS评分较治疗前均有所下降,治疗组较对照组下降更加明显。结论中医情志护理结合耳穴压豆疗法对脑卒中后抑郁的治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined emotional care with ear pressure beans in treating depression after stroke. Methods 80 patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antidepressant drugs and rehabilitation therapy. The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined emotional care with ear pressure beans except the therapy applied as that of the control group, the course of treatment was 8 weeks. The effects before and after the intervention were evaluated with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） score. Results Both HAMD score and SDS score of the two groups after treatment were decreased compared with that before treatment, and the results of the treatment group were decreased more significantly compared with that of the control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined emotional care with ear pressure beans therapy has obvious therapeutic effects on depression after stroke.
