摘　　要：综合素质与创新能力的培养是工科类大学生教育的核心之一,提供合适的培养环境和实践条件越来越成为专业建设的重点。以石家庄铁道大学材料科学与工程学院为改革和实践的对象,从科研与教学的互动、教师与学生的互助、理论与实践的结合出发,提出了实验室、教研室和课题组"三位一体"专业建设模式。实践表明,该模式有助于提高学生的综合素质与动手能力,实现实验室的高效管理,调动教师的积极性,促进学科的持续发展。Comprehensive quality and innovation ability are the cores of engineering students education, and the appropriate training environment and practical conditions are becoming more and more important.In this paper, the laboratory, staff room and research group-＂three in one＂ major construction model is proposed, based on the interaction between scientific research and teaching, the cooperation of teachers and students, the combination of theory and practice, the object in school of materials science and engineering of Shijiazhuang Railway University for reform and practice. The practice shows that the model can improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students, realize the efficient of the laboratory, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, and pro-mote the sustainable development of the discipline.
