摘  要:为了更深入地了解和掌握超声波在混纺纤维定量化学分析中的辅助溶解效果,将超声波技术应用于毛/涤混纺纤维定量化学分析的溶解过程中,探讨超声振动对混纺纤维中不溶材料质量损失的影响,及溶解时间、待检样品溶解时是否拆分、溶解时溶剂添加量等因素对超声辅助溶解效果的影响;为超声波辅助溶解在混纺纤维定量分析中的应用提供支持。实验结果表明:在毛/涤混纺纤维定量化学分析中采用超声波辅助溶解,可以加快溶解效率,缩短溶解时间,最佳溶解时间为25 min;可以适当减少溶剂的添加量,待检测样品与溶剂添加量的最佳比例为1∶50;溶解时剪成小碎条或经手工拆分的待检样品比剪成块状的待检样品溶解效果更佳;且超声振动不会对混纺纤维中不溶材料造成质量损失。To have a deep understanding on the effect of ultrasound assisted dissolution in blended fiber quantitative chemical analysis,ultrasonic technology was applied in dissolution of wool polyester blended fiber quantitative chemical analysis. The paper discussed the effect of the factors that the dissolution time,the samples whether were split or not when dissolving and the added amount of solvent in dissolution. The paper also discussed whether ultrasonic vibration would bring quality loss of blended fiber insoluble material. It can provide support for ultrasonic assisted dissolution in the application of quantitative analysis field. The results showed that ultrasonic assisted dissolution used in wool polyester blended fiber quantitative chemical analysis can accelerate the dissolution speed,shorten the dissolution time,and the best dissolution time was 25 min,can reduce the added amount of the solvent in dissolution,the best ratio between tested samples and the added amount of solvent was 1 ∶ 50. And the results also draw the conclusion that the samples cut into small pieces or manual split have better dissolution effect when dissolution by the ultrasonic assisted than the samples that cut into small squares. Besides,ultrasonic vibration does not cause quality loss of blended fiber insoluble material.
